1. Shipping
1.1. Domestic Shipping (Austria)
For deliveries within Austria, we charge flat-rate shipping fees, which will be displayed during the checkout process. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
1.2. International Shipping
For international deliveries, different shipping fees apply, which will also be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Time
3.1. Domestic Shipping (Austria)
The estimated delivery time for orders within Austria is 7–15 business days, provided the ordered products are in stock and no unforeseen delays occur.
3.2. International Shipping
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Generally, delivery to Europe takes 5–7 business days. For orders outside Europe, delivery times can range from 15 to 30 days.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
4.1. After shipping your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include a tracking number.
4.2. With this tracking number, you can monitor the status of your delivery via the shipping carrier's website.
5. Partial Deliveries
5.1. If some products in your order are out of stock, we reserve the right to deliver them at a later date.
5.2. If you wish to receive a partial delivery, please contact our customer service at office@myluni.at before completing your order.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. Incorrect address details may lead to delays or the inability to deliver the order. In the case of a non-deliverable order due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Undelivered Packages
If your package cannot be delivered because you were not at home or the address provided was incorrect, the package will typically be made available for pickup at the shipping carrier or returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
8. Shipping Restrictions
8.1. Countries with Shipping Restrictions
Due to international shipping regulations, customs regulations, and national laws, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries or regions. A list of countries and regions we do not deliver to can be provided upon request or displayed during the checkout process.

10. Damages During Transport
10.1. If you find that the goods are damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
10.2. It is important to report the damage to the shipping carrier and have a damage report created. Please send us a copy of the damage report so that we can process the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Delivery to Parcel Stations
11.1. Deliveries to parcel stations are only possible if the shipping carrier supports this service. Please ensure that you provide a valid parcel station address when placing your order.
12. Returns
Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by you, unless the item is faulty or does not match the item ordered. Further information on our return policy can be found in our Return Policy.
